Shoppr supports most popular Solana wallets including Phantom, Solflare, and Backpack. We recommend using Phantom wallet for the best experience.

Why can't I connect my wallet?

If you're having trouble connecting your wallet, try these steps:

• Check that you're logged into your wallet
• Refresh the page and try again
• Ensure you're on the correct network (Solana Mainnet)
• Clear your browser cache and cookies

Is it safe to connect my wallet?

Yes, connecting your wallet to Shoppr is safe. We use secure connection methods and never store your private keys. We only request transaction approvals for purchases you initiate. Always verify transaction details before approving.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order by visiting the Orders section of your account. There you'll find the current status of your order and, once shipped, tracking information provided by Amazon.

What happens if the SOL price changes during checkout?

We lock in the SOL/USD exchange rate for a short period during checkout to ensure price stability. If the transaction takes longer than this period, you may be prompted to confirm the new exchange rate before proceeding.

How do returns and refunds work?

Returns are processed through Amazon's standard return system. Once Amazon approves and processes your return, we'll issue a refund in SOL based on the original purchase exchange rate. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process.

Shoppr charges a small service fee for facilitating transactions, which is included in the final price you see at checkout. You'll also need to pay the standard Solana network transaction fee, which is typically very low.

Can I use other cryptocurrencies besides SOL?

Currently, Shoppr only supports Solana (SOL) for purchases. We may add support for additional cryptocurrencies in the future based on user demand and technical feasibility.

Is Shoppr available worldwide?

Shoppr's service is available wherever Amazon delivers. However, please note that shipping restrictions are determined by Amazon's policies for your region.
